Air Inuit reduces fuel surcharges

As of October 15, 2014, Air Inuit will be reducing the applicable fuel surcharge on all its passenger fares and cargo transportation fees from 6.1% to 5.96%, making it more affordable for everyone to travel and move goods to and from Nunavik.

Fuel surcharges are added to the price of a ticket or freight invoice to cover the variability in fuel costs. Air Inuit does its utmost to improve the fuel efficiency of its fleet of aircraft and ensure fairness. As such, the upcoming decrease in fuel surcharges will apply to all of its customers, big or small.

For more information on fuel surcharges and how they impact fares, contact our customer service or cargo department.
