Lost Tickets or Refunds

In the event that a ticket is lost or that a flight is cancelled, passengers may obtain a refund, provided they follow Air Inuit procedures.
To apply for a refund, simply download, complete and send in our refund request form along with the original ticket(s), if applicable, by one of the following means:
By mail to the attention of Refunds or by email.
