Sparrow - Flight Training Program

Welcome to the Air Inuit Sparrow program, a unique program for Inuit to receive the pilot license and fly the wings for their airline!

The program offers candidates the training, resources, and airline partnership they need to become an airline pilot with Air Inuit. 

We are currently looking for candidates to join our Sparrow program, which is set to take off in Montreal at the end of Summer 2025. We invite motivated Nunavik beneficiaries* who have met the following criteria to apply before March 1st, 2025:

  • Have a Secondary 5 diploma with strong academics**
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test (including both legal and illegal drugs)
  • Able to obtain a Class 1 Transport Canada medical
  • Strong second language proficiency
  • Independent and mature
