Shipments may only be accepted for transportation if the shipper, recipient, or owner has complied with tariff regulations as well as laws, ordinances and other government regulations governing the transportation of goods.
An Air Waybill (AWB) is a freight document that constitutes the contract of carriage between you and Air Inuit, describing in detail the terms of transport of your shipment and which must be completed in accordance with applicable rules and procedures.
To obtain a waybill, please contact your regional cargo department.
If you are sending us your shipment through a courier, please make sure you attach the waybill to the package inside a pocket so we can take out and keep a copy.
How to fill your Air Waybill
It is mandatory to provide the required documentation when sending dangerous goods.
For shipments made from a customer account, a purchase order may be required, depending on the agreement.
To ensure your package arrives at its destination intact and on time, write the full name and address of the sender and recipient on each package and describe the handling requirements (refrigeration, freezing, fragile, etc.) on each package.
Provide adequate internal and external packaging to properly protect the content of your shipment.
