If your baggage is missing or damaged, you must report it to an Air Inuit agent upon arrival. A Baggage Loss/damaged report must be completed as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT ! Failure to report the loss or damage of baggage within the prescribed time limits releases Air Inuit from all liability, unless the applicant proves to the satisfaction of Air Inuit, that it was impossible for him/her to provide such an opinion.

Despite all the attention we pay to the handling of your baggage, Air Inuit will not be held responsible for nicks, scratches, missing straps, damaged handles and zippers, scratches, damage to wheels, dirt, manufacturing defects, damages caused by overloaded luggage or any other damage considered as normal wear and tear.
