Regional Air Access Program

Before making a reservation online on our main page for these special rates, please note the following conditions:

• Reservations for this special fare must be made through the booking engine of our website. It is not available through our call center.
• This fare only applies to personal travel and not for business or work purposes. The ticket cannot be reimbursed by either an employer or a corporation. The ticket can be purchased by a non-profit organization or for travel as part of a student activity (school, after-school, sports or cultural).
• Each passenger can book a maximum of 6 one-way tickets (3 round trips) per fiscal year, from April 1 to March 31. This limit does not apply if your primary residence is located in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue, the Bas-Saint-Laurent, the Côte-Nord, the Eeyou Istchee Baie-James, the Gaspésie–Îles‑de‑la‑Madeleine, the Saguenay–Lac‑Saint‑Jean or the Nord‑du‑Québec region and if you are a full-time student at an educational institution and your parent or guardian resides in one of the above regions.
• Tickets are valid for a period of one (1) year.
• The personal information collected during the reservation will be sent to the Ministère des Transports et de la mobilité durable for the purpose of verifying compliance with the elements listed above.
• In the event of a false declaration, the passenger may be excluded from the PAAR and will be responsible for reimbursing the sums paid by the Ministère des Transports to the carriers for the reduction in the cost of the ticket.
• This fare is only valid on scheduled flights, it does not apply to charter flights.

1. On the booking engine of our website, first select a one-way or a round-trip.
2. Insert your starting point and your destination.
3. Enter your travel date(s)
4. Choose the number of passenger(s) travelling
5. Select the RAAP fare and complete your booking as usual, accepting the conditions of the tariff.

The RAAP tariff will only be available on eligible itineraries.
